Sample Room Services
​We are pleased to provide designers and entrepeneurs with the ability to have small production ( >50) of numerous sewn goods. Having this resource in the Central Valley, allows designers and entrepeneurs to get their product sampled, approved and off to market without having to commute long distances or seek outsourcing overseas. Avery Thompson has the capabilities of producing samples or small volume production of shirts, dresses, formalwear, activewear, denim, casualwear, knit garments, canvas, bags, totes, and a range of other sewn-goods. We also offer limited patternmaking services in conjuction with our designer sample-room services. Our Machinery & Capabilities
​Our love for and collection of sewing machinery sets us apart and gives us the capability of producing a wide range of sewing operations. With our suite of machinery we can provide : Single Needle Lockstitch, Single Needle Chainstitch, Coverstitch, Interlock Stitch, Overlocking 2 Thread, Overlocking 3 Thread, Overlocking 4 Thread, Bartack, Blindstitch, Digital Embroidery, Manual Embroidery, Chainstitch Embroidery, Picot Edging, Binding, Blanket Over-edging, Ruffling, Pleating, and Hemstitch.

Embroidery & Digitization
​We offer many embroidery services including logos, patches, artwork, floral decoration, embellishment, and promotional products. Our digitization services can provide you with a proof of your design to be embroidered as soon as the following business day. Please be sure that you own the rights to whatever logos or artwork you wish to have embroidered, as Avery Thompson will not digitize or stitch-out any copyrighted or trademarked materials, without express consent from the copyright holder.
